This was a complete bike that needed the to be brought back to life. The tank was rusted and had pin holes. The engine was frozen or seized. It had original tires, brakes, and other equipment.
Looks like they kept the bike original besides the handlebars. Seems like the focus was to address the issues needed to get the moped back on the road. In their words “We gave it a full mechanical restoration but left the rad original paint and decals intact with that perfect patina!”
