The JCPenny Pinto and Swinger are some of my favorite looking mopeds.  These mopeds are good for chopper, bobber, and even cafe racer builds.  This one is built by Otto (https://www.instagram.com/ottoart32/).  It’s another clean build with good upgrades.  Like many moped builds it’s ever-evolving so follow him on Instagram to keep up with changes made.
