Going through some old photos, and thought I would share pictures of a Moped I am proud to have had the chance to own.  An extremely rare (1 Year Only Model / Low Production) 1963 Motobecane SPR D50R. Maybe a handful in the entire world is known to exist. One of only a few that Are / Were Low Mileage and Unrestored. 315 Miles In the Photos Shown / 130 Miles When I Bought It.
SIDE NOTE — That bike had LEGITIMATELY the worst ignition issues of any Moped I’ve ever experienced.  It turned out to be weak ignition rotor magnets. It was a hell of a fun ride when it decided to give up its secrets and allowed me to fix it up right. Out of all the Mopeds I’ve built and owned, This One TAKES THE CAKE
