Here is Martin’s Tomos Targa cafe racer build ( https://www.instagram.com/tomos_cafeped_project/).  The Targa LX is one of the models produced by Tomos to feature a working gasoline top tank.  Some other top tank models have faux tanks that are used for storage.  The Tomos Targa LX of the ’90s to early 2000s are powered by the Tomos A35 two-stroke, two-speed engine.  Later models of the Tomos LX featured the Tomos A55 two-stroke, two-speed engine.
