Lazer Sport 50 Build – SOLD

Lazer sport 50

Here is the most current project I’ve been working on. It started out as a roller that needed a full restoration. It is mostly a Lazer Sport 50 but also has some parts from a Motomorina Sebring.

The moped has almost new parts. The engine bottom end is a Minarelli V1 NOS (New Old Stock). It had never been run or mounted to a moped. Though from sitting over time the crank bearings were seized so it was rebuilt.

The original forks, wheels, and swingarm were used on another build. The original tank had a lot of pinholes, so it’s been replaced as well. Sebring forks, wheels, and swingarm are used to replace the originals.

      Hello Fernando,

This one has been sold. Are you looking for the same model moped or just a moped in general?

How much do these mopeds sell for in general? I understand that most have been sold, but these are great and I am very interested.

      Hello Will,

The price varies and custom builds like this one can be a bit higher depending on what is requested. I do my best to work with your budget to build the best looking moped that will satisfy your needs. Projects start around $500, which will usually cover the cost of acquiring the bike and most of the labor involved in the build. After that, the price goes up based on the parts needed or wanted in the build. Feel free to email me if you have any more questions or would like to discuss a build for you.
